Welcome to the Facility Reservation Process for Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church. Our streamlined workflow is designed to provide a simple, organized, and compassionate experience for individuals, families, ministries, and community organizations requesting use of church facilities.
To begin, visitors may access the Facility Reservation Form using the button below. Once the reservation request form is submitted, our staff reviews the details, checks facility availability, and prepares for a consultation. A staff member will then contact the requestor to schedule a consultation to discuss event details, policies, logistics, and next steps.
After the consultation, a Reservation Summary and confirmation email will be provided outlining the approved reservation details and additional instructions. Our goal is to ensure every request is handled with excellence, care, and clear communication as we serve our church and community.
