Every 3rd and 5th Sunday We take up and offering "Dollars for Scholars" we ask that everyone give one dollar on that Sunday.

Purpose:
The award was established by the Late Deacon DeLeon T. Brunson, Sr. to promote excellent kingdom citizenship in the young people of Jehovah Missionary Baptist Church.  It is presented yearly on the Third Sunday in June to a male or female kingdom citizen between the ages of fourteen and sixteen who exemplifies excellent kingdom citizenship.  The recipient of the award is nominated by the youth advisors.
